Every year, Hwa Chong Badminton competes in one of the most fiercely contested competitions in the National Schools sports scene, with over 100 schools contending for the coveted national championship. We are coached by ex-national team player Mr. Patrick Lau. Our boys train three times a week, three hours per training. In this team, good effort and attitude are highly valued; those who put in the effort are rewarded with not only better technical skills but ultimately a sense of satisfaction.

Thanks to this culture, we are able to compete with other schools who train more often but do not have the same work ethic; this is reflected by our results in the national competition, where we consistently reach the top 8 round every year.
